Ok, I understand that I have been rather sick recently, but just in the last half hour I have read that 1) Antya is apparently dissolving because Rarkasha is leaving, and Bill is pissed about it, and 2) Vorpmadal is seceding.

Will someone please tell me WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON and why I WAS NOT TOLD??

First, if Rarkasha wants to leave, I give him permission to. That is my permission to give.

Second, Vorpmadal is not independent until they ASK to be and actually tell me their reasons. My first knowledge that they wanted to leave was a post in the MiniInt. This is not acceptable, and I want to know what is going on. Hatter is not online, or else I would be grilling him right now, not asking questions on the forum.

Now, you have a very confused and pissed off Duchess, and I want some answers.

Antya is not dissolving. If Antya was to dissolve, you'd know much easily - I'd be emmigrating. I'm pissed that Rakarsha left because it is now dangerously close to dissolving, did so without even the nerve to ask me for permission or pre-notification, and he took an Apollonian county to boot!

I don't believe in the ideology that counts have complete control over their counties, at least in the case of Antya.

You were not told because I don't need to tell anyone anything when I'm angry - I act immediately. Plus you were probably AFK.

As to why Vorpmadal is leaving, probably the same reason why Rakarsha is, as he is joining it.
