Alternately, for a more humanesque avatar there's this Cimmerian Chieftain.

It needs to be cropped and reduced of course, but it's sexy nonetheless.

Also, the Hyborian Gallery http://hyboria.xoth.net/gallery/index.htm has a lot of other cool Conan-universe pics that'd make great avatars.
