Anyways, we have in fact been established since 16 July 2004; this is just the newest government of the Lemurian State.

And I agree, mutual relations betwixt Shireroth and Lemuria can only have positive benefits for both nations.

Actually, I became MiniEx again a few weeks ago. The more things change...

Anyway, I think it's a capital idea to include pre-GC Lemuria in calculating the founding date, so I'll get the standard Treaty In A Can before the Landsraad.
