Landsraad Access

[Greg Dean]

I've set the landsraad to have proper permissions now. ONLY Nobles who have been added to the "Voting Nobility" group will now be able to post in the landsraad, as it should be.

Also, I've set Bill Dusch to be the moderator of said "Voting Nobility" group. It will be up to him to maintain this list and ensure it is proper.

*Greg picks up the single sheet from the top of his "in" box, signs it, and sticks it in his more-or-less-empty "out" box. He then looks over and sees the ream of paper's worth of things still in his "in" box and sighs.*
