Krasiny Yastreb is now Count of Lower Lunaris. Should Adanufgail return, issues shall be handled at that point.

And yes Bill, go ahead on the contract thing. It's best LL stays close to it's Upper Lunarian brothers under the Kildare umbrella.

Well, the thing is, I'm not in the Barony of Kildare. h4473r is now the Baron, but Hypatia wrote the contract for the Barony.

So to the best of my knowledge if would be for the new Baron H4773r to discuss with Hypatia as Duchess of the Duchy of Kildare...

When the Barony of Kildare gets renamed this stuff will be so much easier to understand *sigh*

I blame Hypatia, mostly because she didn't plan to have activity in the Barony of Kildare.

I've seen some interesting things in micronations, but planning an inactive region from the outset is a new one to me

The barony of Kildare has no feudal contract, because it was originally just my county and my mom's county, which I'm holding in trust for her. *shrugs* It was originally planned as an inactive barony so that we could reform the Duchy of Kildare with only 4 original counties. So, for a new county to join it, it essentially just needs the current Baron's approval.

As far as the Duchy's contract is concerned, being admitted into a barony under Kildare requires approval of the Duchess (me) and approval by the Baron in question (H4773r).

I officially grant my approval of this, and I welcome Krasniy into our beloved Duchy.

However, H4773r, I would appreciate being informed over AIM or some other form of direct communication, before decisions like this are made. You can find me as Hypatia Agnessi 2.

well, having upper and lower under the same barony sounds great to me and i approve, i did champion his ascendance fter all, so, i'll whip up a charter once i get a new name.

until then well have krasniy sign under the old -BARON OF KILDARE- charter where you and i signed, until the renaming. it should be within the week.
