Scott has voiced his opinions about a return of the Gift Economy, has provided a means for its success, and also stated that he thinks that the post-based one might be effective.

I've given him leave to try said Gift Economy, while also preparing the Post-Based one.

The question before you is: which do we try first?

I think we should try the new and improved gift economy again. If we have a failure, we might not be so up and ready to try another thing right away, and I'd place my faith in the gift economy, which has been tried, failed, and then was given review.

I have a poor head for economics, even the simplified type employed in micronations, so this is an issue where I have to trust the words of others.

I rather liked the old gift economy, and I'd like to see a return to it; on the other hand, Scott himself is suggesting that we try the post-based one first, because he doesn't know if he can set it up right now. With that in mind, perhaps we ought to go with the post-based economy for now. It's new to us, it's experimental... we can try it, see if we like it.
