Is there any extra-special reason we have a special subdomain for the ministires?

The ministries are supposed to have websites.

Right, but they'd be right now at ministries.shireroth.org/miniex/ for example (which they are), but I'm curious why not at http://www.shireroth.org/miniex/ (or, in my new system, http://www.shireroth.org/?d=miniex)

It'll make things a lot easier if I keep everything in the same root directory, so I think I'm going to move the content.
