If someone would be kind enough to give the County of Port Illumination it's own fora.... and..... move the thread 'Phoenix Forest' into it, that'd be great.

As well, I believe counties are not allowed to have forums. Then again, I don't know if there is a law directing forums anyway.

Actually it was decided by concensus that counties can be allowed to have fora if they're subfora.
