(L) Concerning the Foreign Ministry.

[david northworthy beckfor]

Because of it's influence in the prosperity of a nation, because a mere nod or wink by a diplomat can change the fortunes of governments, it is vital that such a role is only filled by those who's loyalty is without question. The interior minister may be able to delete forums, but those can be restored. a Landsraad member may speak out of place, but their voice is drowned out by the moderation of their colleuges. a Foreign Ministers word, howerver, is heard throughout the globe, and cannot be turned back.It is because of this, that I come to speak before you today.I have heard people crying out, questioning the loyalty of our most Sovriegn's trusted minister! Some claim that, though he may be working for Shireroth, he is doing so with a view to promoting the interests of other nations above our most noble Empire!I will not say to you now, "these words are true!" or "this is all lies!", but I will say that such comments must have been inspired by something, and that something could well be the that we have a Traitor in Our midst. When people come up to me demanding action, when the one person in Shireroth who knows more about the scene of this world then any other cries out, then I cannot ignore this. Neither should you. Edited by: Gryphon the Pure at: 6/2/05 19:15
