(Heh, heh... thread titles with apostrophe-actions... I always thought that they sucked but for some reason couldn't resist using one now)The act was accepted in the Landsraad unanimously. Shirlan is now officially a part of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, as a County under the Barony of Straylight! And, well, that's the news. Yay!Together, we currently have three (real) citizens, two of whom are active. Aurefiction's emigration was a rather unfortunate hit to the population of Straylight and makes life here less interesting than it should be. However, ARIadnEL000/SimplyRhedd/THEJustBlue/UnknownwonknU are legion, and will hopefully be able to deepen the fantasy of Shirlan as well as four different people would. Shyriath, well, there's always hope that one beautiful day he will return to Shireroth and not become inactive after a while this time. As for myself, well... I've been neglecting Straylight lately due to school affairs and the unfortunate fact that whatever silly god is supposed to give out divine inspiration is either really lazy or a hell of a favouritist. But the next time I have a chance to do something for Straylight, even for Shirlan, I will use it...Oh, and yes, the fact that we don't have many people means that we need more! We will have to do something to attract them, however... hm... * ari considers some new forms of advertising, then remembers that perhaps he should try to create something for Straylight himself first ... *Ah, and as a practical administration affair, ARIadnEL000, I would really like to place you as the count of Shirlan. Well, that's news allright! I'm represeting ARIadnEL000 in this response. ARI is aware of what is being driven here to a miniscle point, however, require aide in figuring this out...Well actually, Ari, you were speaking of three (real) cits in Shirlan. Um, well, as far as I can envision, two, interchangeable's are active. Meaning, two are active at one time, while another lays dormant or inactive, but then that interchanges. Which in turn, means, that one is active all the time, in theory, when viewed overall. So, two are essentially viewed as "inactive", invisible in some sense related to Shirlan. Or perhaps all three are invisibly inactive when viewed on a macroscale. Don't know yet. Here’s a little diagram to illustrate my point: (bolding is active “natural” state; italics is inactive “unnatural” state; neither is in natural “unaltered” state)11 1 = 11 1 11 = 11 11 1 1 1 = 1 1 1Currently, there is a fixed pair active. This pair of cits are currently being altered via "unnatural" means, naturally. Not something that can be nor will be explained sufficiently in one respect. *shrugs* Yes, not readily acceptable so certain things need to be addressed or occur. Of course, understanding what “active”, “inactive”, “natural”, “unnatural”, “altered” and “unaltered” mean, is imperitive.*sighs* Look, this really isn't the place to be discussing this is it, Ari?
