Um following up on a few things...Ari, as it stands now, you are Baron of Straylight, but have been nominated as Ducal heir to Duchy of Brookshire. If reading Landsraad policies correctly, County requires one cit, Barony requires two cits, and Duchy requires four cits...So, with relation to Shirlan, we have three, so should not Shirlan be a Barony?

Hm... do you have a native Shirlanian word for "duke"? It would simplify things a lot since in Shireroth, you can't call yourself a kaiser(ess), du(ke|chess), baron(ess), count(ess), minister (er... is there a feminine form of this word?) or any other kind of person who holds power in Shireroth without actually being one... Well, yes, titles and such in Shirlan are different than the what the Shirerithians may be used to, but however, that doesn't necessarily mean that they cannot adhere to things here.So, as time moves along, I am sure that things will be worked out amongst both our nations and understandings will be reached on several levels.*smiles*But for all intense and purposes, Sairi IS a Duchess. As it rides now, Duchess of Topedara and since Shyriath is MIA here, handling Shirlanian things, until that is, she can do so jointly with Shirial, when he does arrive.
