Arrangement of government affairs

Since the constitution of the duchy of Straylight (there's no written form of it, so no, you can't get to read it) states that only a cetacean can be the duke of Straylight and because I have decided to become a human again (see pub48.ezboard.com/fbabkha...=212.topic ), I am forced to abdicate the throne of Straylight. Being that there are no micronationalist dolphins now, I can't give the duchy away. This means that I've decided to do a compromise:1. The new duke of Straylight will be Zhaki. He has experience of leadership and is also one of my closest friends in the duchy. 2. I, Ari, will be the representative of Straylight in the Landsraad and all other places where Straylight needs its voice heard. This includes the webpage and the forum (i.e. the symbolism requires this login to be the mod of this place)3. Zhaki will appear only in this forum, and only in situations where an opinion of the duke himself is required and my representation would be insufficient.4. If the opinion of a natural citizen of Straylight is needed somewhere outside this forum and my representation would be insufficient, Phoenix or Mopol will voice it.Translation to laymanish:I will be the most important guy when you're dealing with Straylight. Zhaki is the actual duke but he won't show up outside this forum anymore. If I want to play a dolphin somewhere else, I'll use the Mopol or Phoenix logins.
