The Duchy of Lothlaria needs something. Almost a point of existance... It could easily stay in its current position of being well... not extremely active, but what else is there for us to do. Something that is uniquely us. It is always helpful to look back.We don't have much of a background. Lothlaria used to be Akerbjorn, an independent nation, with a bank, military, etc. all of that was of course not active of all. Also, we have lost most of those original citizens and we no longer use its symbols and flags.Should we adopt a prior government style of Lothlaria? What was the government style?Find something unique... is a good idea...Yardistan has anarchy...The Thanedom with the name I always forget has the only casino.. and the only thanedom..Novi Dalmajia has the only highway system...hehe and it started the county system...Kildar started the barony and such thingy...Come to think of it.. Kildare is the only active and advanced Duchy...well.. Brookshire has the throne of Shireroth..Elwynn has Hyperborea, and..well... that's it... it's a quiet one...Jaris is.. err.... hmmm....Goldshire.....We need to work on all this..... Well, we could bring back the title of Terminus and etc., but what would be the point of that.However, I just remembered something. Lothlaria's name is based off of Lothlorien or Lorien, the LotR land of Elves where the trees are golden and beautiful and peace and harmony reign. I guess we could be instead of Elves... a land of Kiwis, but in paradisical conditions, where all is great. Sounds like more of a tourism site to me...Lothlorien basically had a King and Queen and I think clans of elves. We could have a duke and clanish system. Of course, stop short of making tartans.
