Locke's Will: To honor or not to honor

I find no problem in honoring said will. I believe that he made an effort to, not correct things, but at least explain them after he recognized his mistake. Unlike J-sm-r, Locke apologized for his actions and gave an explanation for his actions. Though this explanation may or may not have been valid, I believe that, since he was able to discuss (like a normal human being) what he had done, his will should be honored. The Kaiser Is Death!
