Dispatch from Volsaarn

[Philip Locke]

TO: Duke-Elder RugalFROM: Baron VolakHail! Hyperborea has finally been given the respect she deserves - long may our noble duchy prosper! I pray that all is well in the capital and that you mainlanders are celebrating with all the vigor you can muster. Volsaarn has seen more than a few feasts and parades since the good news arrived. I have sent a small gift, an Akerbjornian tome from c. 800ASC, with this letter. It recounts the history of the ill-fated Geminii Federation and should occupy a few of your nights.Sun bless, Earth keepR. Edited by: Philip Locke at: 1/7/04 2:29 pm
