In accordance with Duchal Decree #10, I hereby create the Paladin Council of Goldshire.Be civil, lest I become angry with you.No violating the law, lest I need to harm you... though as you're merely an advisory council, you can't actually break the law....Also: Every citizen of Goldshire (and her Baronies) gets a voice upon this council.And, remember, although I legally have no need to listen to this advice of this council, chances are that unless I really strongly disagree...
