Duchal Decree 003Be it confirmed that on the Tenth day of the month of March in the year Two-thousand and Four, the first year of reign, that the House of Kor-Azor-Ackbar under the leadership of His Lordship Rakesh Maziar Ackbar shall sit at the head of the Grand Duchy of Brookshire until it is deemed otherwise by Heaven or the Kaiser of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.Let it be known that we govern in name of all people of Brookshire and our power is based on the people's support and our undying loyalty to justice, prosperity and the Throne of Shireroth.While we recognize the right of all people within our domain to petition the government in manners that will not disrupt the general order, any unlawful attempt to gain control of the Duchy or to limit our right to rule shall be dealth with the power of our closed right fist. We call upon all peoples within our borders to live peacefully with one another in perpetual friendship and cooperation. Let us not discriminate but promote the general welfare where all can prosper under the rule or law and our eternal fealty to the Throne of Shireroth. It is my will. My will is law.
