Erik, could you disable just for the day the "Must be registered to post" function?By the way, if anyone did not sign up for Switching Day, then you're welcome to just choose a character and play them unofficially. However, you can NOT play anyone who is actually in Switching Day, as those people are already covered. Your best bet would be someone no longer in micronations but who everyone knows, or a foreigner people know about but who's not involved.

As Baron of BAM and acting Duke of Yardistan, I officially decree ALL of Yardistan open to this as well. For all the anarchy it's caused, how could we not open our borders to this free for all

The Duchy of Kildare and the Barony of Schlangen shall be open for switching day.And Scott... anyone who posts here is "registered" aren't they? or do you mean like the "you have to have an EzBoard screenname to post here" thing? And umm... are we supposed to be mocking? Or just acting as? Or Can we mock? I'm still not exactly clear on this... like if I were assigned say Viviantia... would I wander around yardistan hordeing moogles or would I try to make Kaiserial decrees? or both? Are we acting out their Roles as well as their characters? Quote:And Scott... anyone who posts here is "registered" aren't they? or do you mean like the "you have to have an EzBoard screenname to post here" thing?I mean you need to have a screenname to post here. If that was turned off, I could just type in "Gryphon the Pure II" or something into the name box and it would let me post as that.Quote:And umm... are we supposed to be mocking? Or just acting as? Are we acting out their Roles as well as their characters?Either/or. In my experience the best performances from previous years were when people acted as their characters but did it in such an exaggerated and caricatured fashion that it approached mocking even though that wasn't the obvious intent. As the Yardistanis say, "the sky's ALMOST the limit." The caveat is of course that you don't do anything that could actually hurt the feelings of the person you're acting as.
