A Statement to ease conserns.

Right now a few people are concerned about recent events in Shireroth. Many are conserned about more than just events. Some are conserned about the state of the nation. I've heard mirmers for a while from elder citizens about the state of the nations laws, and problems popping up recently.Right now I only have a few things to say. Currently changes are being made. But do not fear, the nation is not being rebuilt from the ground up, nor is it going through drastic changes. Yes, the landsraad has been dismissed for 72 hours. But this is just so some changes may be implemented. It has been done before under Viviantia I. Although somethings that are being done, may seem drastic, the end result will not be. I have ended the review. In fact, canceled it. I have taken it upon myself as Kaiser to write out the law into one document, and repair the holes, and mistakes in the laws. In the end though, the laws passed by the LAndsraad will stay more or less in place as is. What has already been decided by the review to date will be maintained. Some may be conserned that I am taking action unilateraly or over stepping my bounds. I assure you, I am in consultation with others, and the major actions that will or have been taken have been passed by the Kaiseress and other individuals, both nobles and ministers. I just ask that no one over react or start making plots to do stupid things till after the Landsraad has been called back into session. At which point all will see that there is no need for evil plots or acts of treason. It is my hope that when this is done we will have a more consistant set of laws and more stable nation. At this point I can state a few things that will happen after the Landsraad is back in session. The Landsraad will have several tasks before it, and several laws that it will have to design and put into place. examples being the recreation of the Mariage laws of Shireroth, the setting of the powers of the Prætor, and laws conserning various minor things. Aswell, we will have a new Ministry, which should help distribute some powers and responsibilities of current Ministries. And a final improvement, the confusion over the Constition shall be resolved. So I ask that all have a seat and wait out the storm. And I would like to apologize to anyone that may still misunderstand the actions being taken, and to apologize to anyone that may be offended accidentally by the actions being taken. And a final apologize for the dramatic means being used to enact these much needed changes, but hey, this is Shireroth. Drama and intrigue is one of the things we do here.G'day all.
