I don't know who to go to with this, but the Skyline is a bit wrong. The Chaocracy was not a return to micronationalism, just an attempt to boost internal activity (one which failed miserably by the way). I would also appreciate it if my "American" name were not used as I don't want that legal name to be publically available.
