Shirithian and Shirlanian government

Okay, a decree has been made by the landsraad, here in Shireroth with how Shirlan is to be viewed here. I've read it and don't currently understand it!Right now, the Gryphoness of Shirlan is handling this decree. Ari Rahikkala has been made aware of that fact and has been instructed to do some explaining of this decree in Shirlan.Considering that you have found it within your hearts (Gryphon the Pure, Gryphon Avocatio and UEC) to "sit-in" on discussions taking place with regards to Shirlan, it might be beneficial to do so with this one, in Shirlan, especially if you involved are soooo adamant about us SHirlanians doing as the Shirerithians say!*calms self appropriately*
