Metal kicks, as do some of the older punk (AFI, Ramones) and the proto-punk bands (Velvet Underground, the New York Dolls). Classic rock (Pink Floyd, The Doors, The Who, Cream) are tight, but my favorite type of music is probably post-punk (Joy Division) influenced [indie] rock (Pixies) with electronica and New Wave (The Shins, Pavement) vibes (Interpol, Radiohead, Muse). Some of the hair stuff (Twisted Sister, Van Halen) is fun as well. But it's all good. Locke
