Power Issues
In case you have not caught the news on this one yet, a good part of the Northeast US and Canada is without power right now. New York City all the way to Detriot. I seem to be on the very fringe of it... my power has been unstable, but luckily on more then off, allowing my batteries to recharge on the laptop.Check pretty much any online news source for details on the power issue. The leading theory is that the heat wave has caused key plants to overheat or even burst into flames! The are saying this could go on for another few days. I plan to leave for college on Saturday, and I hear that my college is not in the power outtage range. Even so, I have no idea if I am going to be online between now and then.Just so you know... this stuff is pretty interesting to me. Re: Power Issues
All right, I am about a mile from the edge of this thing, so it looks unlikely that my power will go out... weird though. Both Detriot and Landsing are dark, but I am okay even though I am in the middle of them.Anyway, I should be here the next two days. That is your update.
