That was david commenting on the web host. Not meAs for liking Metallica, yes, I liked them quite a lot. The first four albums (Kill 'Em All to And Justice for All) were quite excellent (though none were perfect...the best were probably Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets). The Black Album was somewhat decent but had a very VERY short shelf life and I don't listen to it at all anymore except for maybe a couple songs every once in a while. In general though, I'm one of those assholes who maintained the superiority of Megadeth and Dave Mustaine over his ex-band mates ;) ...And I can't believe that I'm here to stay......'Cause I never worked it out this way......And I love you more than I can say......But I hate you every other way

I'm basically the same way. The older Metallica stuff, especially Lightning and Puppets, was great. I was one of those huge fans, with the t-shirts, posters, flags. Went to all the concerts, drove days just to see them. Even considered getting Metallica tattooed on my arm for a while...But then Cliff Burton died, the Black Album, then came the Napster incident. And now this. St. Wanker, as FHL calls it. The most horrible music i've heard since... I don't know when! Some of Mudvaynes shittiest songs sound better!Now i've torn down all the propaganda and have boycotted them in their imperial capitalist pig dog ways.

Remember though that they did still have one great album in them after the death of Cliff...And Justice For All has a lot of great music in it though then it was obvious that without Cliff it would never be the same, afterall, with the production on that album, you'd think Jason never filled in on bass...since you can't hear him...lolI feel glad for Jason that he knew when to bail out.
