*A medium sized man, very thin looking and covered in a bright yellow robe that seems to reflect light at unnatural angles. He walks before the newly crowned Kaiser smiles briefly and shouts loudly.*May the brilliance of the yellow one be with you!*He then turns slowly to face the crowd and places the yellow hood of the robe over his face, and seems to fall onto his side and rocks, shaking in a rhythmic trance. *Brrapa Lu Eraro, Prophit of the Gods stands before the general assembly of Nobles and dignitaries in the throneroom. Standing infront of the Throne of Shireroth Brrapa leans upon his staff awaiting the Kaiser.Suddenly, and silently Letifer enters; Dressed in the purest black he strides toward Brrapa. Flowing in the air, Letifers cape flutters behind him, a lone figure moving up the hall between rows of people. The Sword of Vengance shimmering from it's hilt with a deadly gleam.*Brrapa:"Why have you come before me my son"Letifer:"I come before you as the Kaiser of Shireroth, descendent of Raynor, Son of Mors and of the escence of H'Graa."Brrapa:"All these are true, but why have to come before me my son?"Letifer:"I come for the crown of Shireroth, as symbol and proof of my devine right to rule the Empire."Brrapa:"You have the God's blessings, This you have proven through battle for the Empire. You are indeed worthy of the Crown of Shireroth. *Raises his voice* Wielder of the Sword of Vengance!;Neal before me and accept the crown of Shireroth!"*Letifer neals before Brrapa Lu Eraro. Brrapa, reaching down, pulls the Sword of Vengance from Letifers hilt. Slightly confused Letifer Looks up*Brrapa:*concentrating*"The blood of Raynor still flows strong in this blade. I forsee a long reign ahead of you, perhaps rival to that of any Kaiser of Old. You shall live well, Rule Nobely and with honor and duty, And you shall die with honor in battle."*Looking down at Letifer, he puts the sword back in the hilt*"This I have seen, but beware, One day you will be temped by fate with an offer for Shireroth that will seem to good to passup. Beware the one that makes hollow offers."*Letifer nods*Brrapa:*Picking up the crown from where it rested on the throne, he addresses Letifer once again* "Letifer Arcadian H'Graa, of the Line of Mors; Do you swear upon your blood, the blood of your forefathers and the nobility of Shireroth that you will serve the Empire with Honor and Duty? Do you swear to serve and protect the Empire in this manner?"Letifer: "I swear upon my blood, the blood of my forefather and the Nobility of Shireroth, to serve, protect and rule Shireroth with honor; never to let it fall again into the dark times and to bring it forth again Into the Glory that was once the Old Republic!"Brrapa: *Places the crown upon Letifer* "Then rise young Letifer and be seen by all as Kaiser Letifer Alcadian H'Graa the First of Shireroth!"*Brrapa moves aside and stands beside the throne, Letifer Rises and moves to the throne. Now Zhaki, the duke of Straylight, swims to sight. The crowd forms a natural bubble around the dolphin as almost meters of floating flesh isn't something you see every day, and definitely not something a security-minded Shirerithian wouldn't stay at a respectable distance from. He floats almost casually to the podium, looks straight at the Kaiser and clicks at him a few times with his sonar. Then he starts a whistle that seems quite monotonous at first but suddenly changes its voice to something that sounds vaguely like a cross of a normal human voice and a philharmonic orchestra which has problems staying on key.
