Steward Semi-Decree #1: Things and Stuff

As Steward of this good land, I hereby decree the following:-That from here on out, Decrees of the Steward of Naudia'Diva shall be called "Steward Semi-Decrees", having no particular impact upon their legal status but signifying their deference to the power of the Duke-that-shall-return;-That an absent Duke shall be referred to by the Steward as the Duke-who-shall-return, just so Stewards don't get any funny idears about taking over;-That, since the vote distributions in the Landsraad need to be dealt with, and the Duchy of Naudia'Diva has 17 votes now (I think), the votes shall be split up as follows: --4 votes shall go to the Barony of Southern Brookshire, whose Baron is Shyriath Bukolos. But since he's busy managing the Duchy, while he is gone the Steward Darth Miho shall wield the votes in his stead;--3 votes shall go to the Barony of the Holy Lands of Shireroth, whose Baron is Angel-Guardian;--the remaining 10 votes shall be kept for the Duke of Naudia'Diva, Fax Celestis. But since he's busy cross-dressi... er, I mean, being Kaiseress, these shall be wielded for the duration by his Steward, Shyriath Bukolos.
