The Bill:Lawbook Chapter I, Section E, "Criteria for Subdivisions", will be amended to read as follows:Quote:1. Criteria for Duchiesa. A Duchy shall consist of at least five (5) citizens.b. A Duchy shall be ruled by a Duke.c. A Duchy shall lie within the borders of Shirerithian Land.2. Criteria for Baroniesa. A Barony shall consist of at least three (3) citizens.b. A Barony shall be ruled by a Baron.c. A Barony shall lie within the borders of Shirerithian Land, within a single duchy.This act raises the number of people needed for Duchies and Baronies by one, and removes certain more complicated restrictions on what percentage may be active or inactive. These restrictions are taken care of in the FHA Amendment II.Voting:All denizens of Kildare who vote should reply with their opinion or lack thereof, in order that their votes may be counted with the proper weight. Non-Kildari may speak in discussion but may not vote.
