That will be fine Caligae is in the County of Lesser Zjandaria and your count will be Ardashir. Byzantia is also a jewellery firm, a Greek resteraunt in London and the one of the Slavic ways of saying Byzantium. The name is public domain and certainly not made and owned by Vazroixe. Besides he made no arrangement to take the territory with him.
