In presence of the court of Elwynn, under the authority of Duke Andelarion and Steward Ardashir Khan Osmani, in correspondence to claims of injury, maliscious intent, and homosexual paedophilia in subject of a minor by Shirerithian and Elwynese Law.I would like to bring to the courts attention the following of which this case be brought upon:Barony of Antya: In Correspondence With Posts 6 and 10Decree: Repeal of Repeal of Decree: Ardashir As Steward in correspondence with post 6 and violation homosexual paedophilia stated thereofI now site my case, in hope that Bill Dusch be indicted, listing reference to Elwynnese Law (adopted from Babkhan Law and cited from said source) and stating my case directly under neath. If you have any questions regarding my statements or sources, please do not hesitate to inquire further.General Civil Code-Chapter 2:3"Everyone has the right to the respect of his name"-Chapter 5:1"Every person has the right to the respect of his reputation and privacy; provided that no one mayinvade the privacy of a person without the consent of a person unless authorized by law"This could be interpreted to also read ' dignity and reputation' of his name. By displaying myself as a fourteen year old minor interested in homosexual intercourse with one considered by law an adult, my reputation, and therefore dignity has in consequence dropped - violation of Elwynese law. As stated in Chapter 5, section 1, it may only be allowed if by my consent - of which none was given. Yet another violation of Elwynese law.---Criminal Act of 2001--- -Chapter 3 Civil LiabilityI: "Every person has a duty to abide by the rules of conduct which lie upon him, according to the circumstances,usage or law, so as not to cause injury to another."II:" Where he is endowed with reason and fails in this duty, he is responsible for any injury he causes to another person and is liable to reperation for injury."As is stated, every person (in this case Bill Dutsch) has a duty to abide by the rules of conduct (in this case the laws of Elwynn and in consequence Bakha) so as not to cause injury to another. Notice that injury is not specified, which could be interpreted to read physical, mental, psychological, etc which I believe I can rightfully claim damage to my reputation, honor, and dignity for being referred to in a homosexual paedophilic manner within the confines of my own domicile. Also, banishment and further homosexual paedophilic remarks concerning myself were made within the Barony of Antya un provoked by my visit and agreement with said Greg Russel - again damaging my reputation and self dignity. ---Punishment Thereof---(Cited from teh Criminal Act of 2001)-Part I Chapter I Section I Subparagraph IV "Any person who, with the intention of causing violence or creating public disorder or public disturbance, says, writes, prints, utters or publishes any words: (...) to promote feelings of ill-will between different classes of the citizens of the Kingdom (i.e. Elwynn) so as to endanger the peace, order and good government of the Kingdom (i.e. Elwynn); (...) shall be guilty of a crime, called subversion of His Majesty´s (i.e. the Ducal) government, and liable to the punishment of suspension of civil rights for a period fixed by the court." Therefore concluding, by Elwynese law and due process of court and presentation of evidence, I call for the suspension of the civil rights of Bill Dutsch wherein regarding to the territories of Elwynn to be suspended for a period of 6 months or until such a time as myself, Ozarka Mons deems appropriate if before the 6 month time. I ask that after that 6 month time we be allowed to re-adjourn if Bill has not been previously pardoned by myself to decide if further suspension of rights is necessary in bringing forth recent evidence of further violations. Considering that the Petitioner never made his way here today to present his case, I am going to dismiss the Petition.It is truly sad that someone can cause such a fuss and complain so loudly; yet, when given the chance, fails so miserably to do as requested.I will not be hearing this case in the future; The Baron of Antya, Bill Dusch, cannot be brought before the Elwynnese Court at any time for this same complaint.Sorry to have wasted everyone's time with this. I honestly cannot see how that could have been made any clearer. It's not my job, nor my place to hold your hand and show you back. Yes you presented your case at the beginning of this thread. All you had to do then was show up as requested; if that's all you wanted to do. What you COULD have done, was to have used the time between the notice and Friday to boost your case; depositions, further evidence, etc. You claim in some places to know about how the Legal System works, yet you've shown a degree of ignorance in this instance.You basically didn't show up to the Hearing; so your Petition has been tossed.
