DecreeI am going to have to be absent for a while and IÂ’m not sure when I will back. I will probably be back within a week or two.I hope that you all will be able to look after Elwynn and keep her alive.I would have given stewardship to my wife, but as I see that sheÂ’s not very often active here I donÂ’t see much point in giving her all the powers. YouÂ’re all my friends and it would be bad of me to favour one of you to rule Elwynn while IÂ’m gone. As such I hope that the Counts of Elwynn, in a meeting headed by the Chief Justice, will be able to elect one person for the stewardship of Elwynn.The Steward shall have all the powers belonging to the Duke of Elwynn until the time I officially return. He shall not repeal any decrees. Should one of his or her decrees contradict one older decree, the older decree will take precedence.All votes of the Duchy will go to the Steward. Should he resign, he may appoint a Steward with limited powers (i.e. no legislative powers). I plan to be back as soon as I can, so the problem will be averted.The County of Eliria and Utasia will be governed by either the Steward or my wife (thatÂ’s up to Gudrun to decide). I consent to have Eliria and Utasia merged to an Elwynnese barony, with the other count as baron, should there be a need for creating a barony with Eliria and Utasia. Personally IÂ’d prefer if the barony in which the county will be in will be contiguous in territory.DonÂ’t not do things even if you think IÂ’ll dislike them. I can always change decrees and stuff later on. Whatever keeps activity goingÂ… Make Elwynn strong and powerful. We have to beat the Naudiadivans ;-)Elect the leader you think will be able to rule Elwynn best. For what itÂ’s worth, I may be gone for a while. I donÂ’t know how long. If IÂ’m not back by a month, then consider me resigned. Then elect a new leader. Should this happen, merge Eliria and Utasia with some county. See you later people.
