Alright, I am totally amazed at how many people responded to the Census this last bimester. And to think. That's not even our whole population (granted, at least two of them emmigrated, and at least another two have been inactive, but that still leaves about four more than last time.). And it's that time again.Keep in mind that if your name is not on the top list at the conclusion of last bimester's Census, then it is imperative that you take the Census this bimester or you risk losing your citizenship, and along with it, your ranks and titles.So Fill out either this top form (the complete one with all the politics and fun personal crap in it) or the form at the bottom of this post (the brief one, with only what we need to survive). You need not fill out both, but I happen to have made the brief form quite compatible with the method of citizen record-keeping used in the Ministry of Immigration, of which I am quite proud. It is, as Erik has said, only a reflection of the current status of the nation, and changes as customs change... therefore, it should not really be called the constitution. We should think up a cool new name for it ("The Mirror Law"?) and make the Kaiser's word more important than the law (it already is, there's just the minor inconvenience that the kaiser needs to decree an imperial... decree... to change the constitution to suit his/her needs). Then we could, if we really want to have one, make a real constitution that nobody is above and that really does limit even the power of the kaiser... but... let's leave that for the future.6.
