My dear Minister,The Tony Au Memorial Library is a wonderful endeavor of your Ministry to collect information for public browsing. However, because of the prestige of the establishment, I am concerned that noncredentialed and unpublished works are being unfairly censored from our population. I do not wish to lower the standards of the Memorial Library, and therefore I suggest that the Ministry of Research and Education support the opening of a Citizens' Library, which would be open to all authors for their works. If this would be too much a hassle for the Minister, then I would volunteer to handle the management of such a facility.So, what do you say? Exactly. The document Joseph composed could be misinterpretted as an official document. Since the document is not politically or historically accurate, I find that it has no legitmate purpose to be housed in the TAML.
