Kaiser Yarad I,Nice to meet you Kaiser. I am a new citizen to the Solomonic Empire, I was previously a member of Menelmecar with Mari and Kathryn but left for Attera with Menelmecar's inactivity. Relations internally with the Empire are being peacefully and respectively resolved as agreements are being made toward the present and future. The Fourth Crimson Constitution far exceeds the newest Atteran constitution by about 30 articles (the new one has only ~75)...Attera's new stigma is for long constitutions which are generally never followed, much like all of its constitutions!

The final draft of the new Atteran constitution is being voted on and yes it is quite long in length.
