Greetings and salutations, I am the new foreign minister of the Republic of Karnali. I thought I should go and make my rounds in the micronational world and so I have come to to this great nation to say hello. I wish you luck in your future endeavors as a nation and people, that our two states can live in a peaceful co-existence with each other. The incident with Puritania was not by the actions of Karnali as thought by everyone in the micronational world, but by the result of the actions of one citizen. That one citizen has no real political power in Karnali because he cannot hold a position of office because he is the ezop. What I am trying to say is that Karnali never occupied the commonwealth of puritania, only one member and that one member flew our flag over puritania and put our name on it without the consent of our acting government or people. In fact, the so called 'annexation' of Puritania happened three days before the citizens of Karnali were even invited to the board (this includes me). All I can say is that the Karnali of today is not the Karnali of the past. We have stabilized our society domestically and the member of our nation who was in the coup with the acting head of Politika has cut off all connections to him and his nation (so has our nation), he has realized that now since he is a citizen of a micronation his actions reflect that micronation and I assure you, that situation will not unjustly happen again. Because we have worked out the problems with our domestic society we are now ready to take part in the foreign society. Karnali stands for peace, justice, and good-will, now and forever and I hope our nations can stand together for those same mutual beliefs. For Queen and Country

Treaty of Recognition and Friendship:Article 1Hereby, the Republic of Karnali and the Republic of Shireroth agree to mutual recognition, respect, and co-operation as micronational entities and pledge friendly relations through the confines of peace, justice, and good-will.Article 2Through the pledge of friendly relations a treaty of peace will be maintained between the powers of our two great and humble nations creating a state of co-existence, both nations commit to refrain from overt or covert means to undermine the others national stability, and a mutual respect of territorial integrity be established.Article 3Peaceful mediation is offered if requested in the event of any micronational dispute or conflict as long as consented upon by all nations involved.Article 4Any amendments or adjustments of this treaty must be requested through a notice to the other signatory nation (in the form of a post on that nationÂ’s territorial state) and must be agreed upon by both signatory nations, any amendments without the consent of both nations is invalid and void.Article 5Withdrawal from this treaty must have a written notification five days in advance of the withdrawal date and must be posted by the nationÂ’s foreign official or head of state in both nationsÂ’ territorial states.Article 6Immediately after the ratification of this treaty (through the mutual governments head of states signature) will its relevance take affect as both signatory nations are bound to the commitment of this treaty and dialogue between our micronations shall begin.Article 7Any violation of the aforementioned articles will result in the suspension or annulment of this treaty.Article 8This treaty will remain in effect until a signatory nation withdrawals or the action of annulment occurs. -The Republic of Karnali also agrees to negotiate closer terms between our two micronations with the possibility of military and intelligence cooperation or any other aspect of friendly relations.____________________________________________________Please keep in mind this is only a proposal and the treaties terms are still up for negotiation. I would very much like to hear any comments or criticisms of this treaty that your nation has. Karnali is very open minded to the terms of relations and friendship between our two nations and are very open to any proposals of your nation towards our relations. That is an excellent treaty, and it saves me the time of trying to come up with one so that now I can start work on a possible MiniExt website. I will propose it to the Landsraad immediately.

The treaty is currently being voted on by the Landsraad, which is taking its sweet time about it. When the Kaiser or the Praetor decides to close the votes, which I believe are currently leaning towards yes, we should have an answer for you. Sorry about the delay. If and when you pass the legislation in the Landsraad, since the treaty calls for the mutual signature of the two nations heads of state, would you like for this to be done here in your nation or in Karnali?
