actually, that's the greek letter "rho". So it does indeed translate to mic.rho.wikiBut yes, I couldn't find an ICQ slogan for the life of me. If you could give me one, I can edit the image really quickly.As for the idea with the flags, I'm trying to stay away from putting any national symbols in so as to keep the image unbiased. The only one I put in was in the Safari parody, and that's just because IRS is incredibly close to RSS and is also relevant to the slogan.
