I actually found a site that could make buttons with Avalon Quest...and I tried it out...but they turned out really .jpg-y and incredibly ugly, so I tried this type and for some reason that didn't happen.As for cynicism...your wish is certainly *my* command...but Malarbor rarely listens to pitiful mortals like either of us.

Personal Opinions:a) what about the fixed background?b) I liked the old mango and the shiveled bellpepper...c) I really like Yardistan's buttons as buttons, but not as the table headers on the boardd) I think the current buttons' backgrounds might do well as table headers, and if not, then the grey looked really good... I just don't think the über-bright blue fits well with the purple/teal (depending on what monitor I'm using) haze of the new background.e) when I get back, I'll try to see if I can get the old realistic malarbor image to grace the forums in the usertitle blocks (the left columns in threads) with width inherit...
