Are you keeping track of the Naturalization periods for our Minors? I am only assuming that someone who was a Minor in a previous Census period must be a citizen by now... but technically that's not my authority. Heil Loki!!!

Re: Minister...
again... not that it's my authority to ask of you, but could you keep the list of citizens updated? That is, to say, record when citizens Immigrate or Emigrate... I'm sure there's probably someone on the census wrap-up who's listed as Non-Citizen, but may have Emigrated, and should deserve that note against the former dishonour. Also, it would be helpful if when a citizen joins, you inform him of the Naturalization regulations rather than just saying "okay, application approved, welcome to Shireroth"again, not my place to order you around, but I'm pretty sure new Immigrants would appreciate it, and I know Phoenix would.
