Cimmeria to Hyperborea

YAY LAND GRAB!!!As of the present, Cimmeria has no citizens and no activity. It is located right off the coast of Hyperborea and has a history of close contact with Hyperboreans (it was founded by someone who I believe was a Hyperborean at the time, and if you check the history, it was settled by colonists from Hyperborea). It is also taking up useful forum space.Plans exist that may result in Cimmeria getting populated and active again, although they are still very tentative and depend on the cooperation of certain people. I would like to have official control over Cimmeria so I can put these plans into action when the time arises (don't worry, it's nothing evil). It would also get rid of of someplace random that is currently taking up space.Therefore, this act:1. Dissolves the Territory of Cimmeria2. Gives Cimmeria to the Duchy of Hyperborea, to be located in Hyperborea Proper until assigned elsewhere by the Duke.3. Gives the MiniInt permission to get rid of the Cimmerian forum and archive all posts therein.Hyperborea votes AYE (3)

Cimmeria already belongs to Hyperborea as it once belonged to Elwynn. Now, as it is, there are no rules, regulations or even definitions having to do with terretories, but i would assume that since it belongs to you and you are duke you may do as you like with it, since I would assume it lower than a barony. Is that so? I was under the impression that territories were independent of nobles, but if not...well...cool!
