Re: "Kaiser" Act
I think this act should be amended to include Duke meaning both Duke and Duchess, Baron meaning both Baron and Baroness, and Count meaning both Count and Countess Raised by a family of Griffins in the forests of Llanowar, this young mage is rumored to be the sole male born of the Serra tribe.

"Kaiser" Act
1) For the purpose of legal documents, the title "Kaiser" shall interpretted to mean both "Kaiser" and "Kaiseress".2) For the purpose of legal documents, the title "Duke" shall interpretted to mean both "Duke" and "Duchess".3) For the purpose of legal documents, the title "Baron" shall interpretted to mean both "Baron" and "Baroness".4) For the purpose of legal documents, the title "Count" shall interpretted to mean both "Count" and "Countess".Purpose) Before anybody goes and calls me sexist, just bear with me for a second. I noticed an interesting trend in recent events in which many bills and decrees reference the "Kaiser(ess)." I don't think that we need to add the "(ess)" to the end of "Kaiser." I believe it's recognised that when we refer to a ruling Kaiser, we also refer to a ruling Kaiseress. So, this would mean that instead of writing "Kaiser(ess)" or "Kaiser/Kaiseress" in an act, we could simply write Kaiser have everything taken care of.Edit: Added Gryphon(B)'s suggestions. -Gryphon Avocatio- Anarch and Duke of all Yardistan - Minister of Imigration and Naturalisation, Shireroth - Shirerothian Elder - "Minsiter of Dance, Pants and Funny Walks" - SAVE THE KIWI!! Schlangen votes YEA (1)(and doesn't rubber stamping somehow deface an act? and if it's a signature, isn't that pretty unsafe? what if someone were to annex the rubber stamp?) Raised by a family of Griffins in the forests of Llanowar, this young mage is rumored to be the sole male born of the Serra tribe.
