As Steward of Elwynn does this mean I have Elwynn's votes on the Landsraad?

well.. by default I personally would judge a steward to be emmisary if another hasn't been specified. Might wanna put that in your duchy charter... or whatever.. E. Metzler (UEC)Duke of Brookshire"Never use a BOO/\/\ist as a diplomat" -- GSClicky Clicky..., Tiss for your own good ya know.

The decree said "all the powers of Duke". That would include Landsraad access, wouldn't it? Richard LyonYansha Elaer Kyon gef ShanPernem kahn gef kuymal per varga stiPernem kahn gef varga per kuymal sti

The rules of the Landsraad state that only the duke may enter and speak, unless he is unavailible or unwilling to go, at which point he may name an emmisary. So.. under day to day situations. No... it would not. but it could be interpretted to mean you give the Steward the title of Emmisary when you are away or such. But remember.... an emmisary cannot speak or vote in the LAndsraad if their noble(duke/baron) is there. Emissaries are Proxies for the noble. if the noble is there.. there is no need for a proxy. E. You see, the problem is that I don't know for how long I can be around. There are sudden things in life happening quite quickly and to resolve them I may be gone for a few days at a time, and back for a day and away again. So it would be a kind of semi-LOA.I have not spoken in the Landsraad since my Steward was elected and I don't intend do, because it would be wrong for Elwynn to have two voices in the Landsraad for the same seat.
