Proposal - Editing the Creatiosn

Here is the articles of creation, I will put in bold what I Feel needs to be ammended. I will italisize old textShould an individual feel that he/she has been unjustly denied citizenship then he/she may appeal directly to the President. Should an individual feel that he/she has been unjustly denie3d citizenship, then he/she may appeal directly to the Kaiser.Section B. Dual Citizenship The Republic of Shireroth does not allow dual citizenship in any form. The Republic of Shireroth does not allow it's citizens to hold more than three micronational citizenships, one of which must be in the Republic of Shireroth.Article IV. Merges No nation may be merged into the Republic of Shireroth. Should a nation wish to be merged into the nation, it must be completely dissolved and itÂ’s citizens given the choice to join the Republic of Shireroth. Should a nation wish to be merged into the nation, it must be contempt with taking the role of Duchy, or, if they do not meet the requirements, the role of Barony.Article V. Territorial Division The Republic of Shireroth cannot be divided up into any territorial division such a State, Province, Territory or other related title. The Republic of Shireroth cannot be divied up into any territorial division such as State, Province, Territory, or other related titles with the exceptions of Duchy, Barony, and County, all of which must abide by said laws outlining their creation. ((For the next month or so I Will be delving into the lawbook when I can and trying to get laws passed to update these things. I also note on the bill of rights saying that the Government cannot support any religion, which I believe they broke this law by making Cedrism the official religion?)) I am pretty sure (though the article on this in the University was deleted) that the Articles of Creation are no longer in effect. Either they were superseded by the charter or have been picked apart piece by piece by various Kaiserial decrees.Nick probably knows more than I, and Erik, should he grace us with his presence, most of all. If anyone has a copy of Erik's old class on the Articles, it'd make an excellent wiki article.

Quite simply put, the Articles of Creation could be considered to be from a different nation.The ACs were created when Erik founded the "Republic of Shireroth." That nation no longer really exists, so to speak. True, it became the Shireroth we know and love today, but the ACs were in effect when there was a different government, one that relied on all citizens voting, one that had a bill of rights and a constitution, one that had a president. It was a Shireroth with no Landsraad and no Kaiser.And, to be overly dramatic about it, that nation failed like so many other nations in micronational history have. The ACs are merely a relic left over from that very distant history.
