The two Erb system

Since Moose has decided, as MiniTrade, to issue some 750,000 Erb, and has stamped approval to my request that this issue be known as Common Erb, while previously issued Erb of the Gift Economy be known as Noble Erb, I request that this be codified into law (if necessary I will write it up in properly legislative format) and that, in such codifying, it be made illegal to exchange the two Erbs, such exchange being penalized by a seizure of all currency exchanged so.
