Imperial Proclamation: Refining the Judex
The Imperial Judex is no longer responsible for maintaining the list of who owns what land; that job is instead delegated to the Ministry of the Interior, probably where it should have gone in the first place.Meanwhile, the Imperial Judex itself is no longer vacant: I have selected Count Brookshire of Monty Crisco to be the Provost. There were a few people who expressed interest, but due partially to my personal relations with Count Brookshire as well as his dedication to both Shireroth and knowledge of Shirithian legislature, I found that he fit the bill best.Rise, for you are Count Brookshire no more. You are now Provost Brookshire, Count of Monty Crisco.

I need to review the provost laws. But I think I can have assistants... or such. if I can.. Interested Ric? E. Metzler (UEC)Duke of Brookshire"Never use a BOO/\/\ist as a diplomat" -- GSClicky Clicky..., Tiss for your own good ya know.
Re: Imperial Proclamation: Refining the Judex
hmm.. I guess Zary never got that passed. The assistant provost thingy.. the Judex proly needs some review... I'll talk to Zary, he was up to something but Joseph stopped it...well. Ric is appars you are already a Provost, as Duke. So anything that happens in Elwynn is under your jurisdiction.I would say contract disputes between counts and or barons would go to you. But any dispute with you would go to me. E. Metzler (UEC)Duke of Brookshire"Never use a BOO/\/\ist as a diplomat" -- GSClicky Clicky..., Tiss for your own good ya know.
Re: Imperial Proclamation: Refining the Judex
That does sound reasonable, but if you're Provost it'd be more fun for me arguing points in the Judex instead I have a few issues that I am going to submit to the Judex soon, after going through with legal advisers. So I guess you have your first case soon!
