My reign is coming to an end, brothers and sisters of Shireroth.I've had fun being Kaiser here, it was a new and exhilirating experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, like being a Kaiser for reaffirming your enthusiasm and love for Shireroth and the way we do things here. I heartily recommend it.However, I'm beginning to lose steam. Real life is pressing down a bit hard, what with exams and people and other things that Shireroth, being part of a higher plane, must sometimes play second fiddle to. I'm happy, now that I've instituted a major change, to become a private citizen once more, leaving the heavy mantle of leadership to someone else.But in my short-sightedness, or perhaps my wisdom (humour me), I have failed to appoint an heir during my short-ish tenure as Kaiser here. Thus I call for what is becoming the traditional Expressions of Interest.If you have a wish to become Kaiser, a desire to serve your nation to its fullest, are willing to devote yourself only to Shireroth for a few months, then I want you to tell me about it. I want people's plans for what they'd do if they were Kaiser. Think of it as one of those themed essays, with the grand prize being that the winner gets to actually be Kaiser. I would like these submissions in my private message box by the weekend. Then, I will consider who shall take my place as leader of this great nation.Thank you all for a fun two months, and get those submissions in!

Nevertheless, it's hardly "discriminatory" to expect devotion to Shireroth from the person who's ruling it. If they can't give up their other citizenships, just for a few months perhaps, to rule here, then I wouldn't want them ruling here.

Actually Erik, I would say yes - you lost enough interest (which can be equated to love..) for Shireroth, therefore you left - which can be equated to inactivity.
