I tried to get the nobles to debate on this in the Landsraad, but since their apparently to busy, I decided to just decree it.Cranda and Stormark are hereby granted access to the waters in the Gulf of Ghawlama and the Jaris/Cognito Straight. The two conditions being thusly stated.1) Only non-military ships will be allowed. All other ships carrying weapons of any kind will be viewed as an act of war.2) Shireroth reserves the power to revoke this priviledge for any reason whatsoever.
