I hereby petition the Kaiser for a new Ministry: The Ministry of Tourism (MiniTour).It's purpose would be to find new citizens and draw them into Shireroth through multiple methods. I have already come up with several ideas on how to create a larger public image of Shireroth, and have more up my sleeve in store.Should the Kaiser request further information or clarifications, I would be more than happy to oblige. And who would have thought that my fate, it would conjure this twist in the road on which I have wandered?Each vision and dream now completely dismembered, to give one's whole life and find nothing's remembered...And what good is a life that leaves nothing behind? One, why not add this to the currently barely-existent duties of the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization? Technically I think it might be part of those already. At the very least it would have synergy and give the MIN something to do when there aren't any forms to rubber-stamp.Two, isn't this exactly the wrong time to be doing this? If I were to look at Shireroth as it is (or isn't) right now, I certainly wouldn't be interested.

I want to set plans into motion now, so that when we ARE active in about a month and a half, kinks will have been worked out. We can always set up the position now as a ministry in its own right, and decide whether it should be a department under MiniImNat later, especially if it turns out to have a very narrow focus (which I actually doubt). I would love to have someone who knows what he is doing here, and who is motivated. I just don't know what Eriana is going to do, or when I can give her job back to her. I will be going on another LOA soon, for some surgery, so we don't have much time to resolve this.
