Imperial decree #181: A new MiniEx

[Harvey the Blue]

I accept this appointment, Lord Kaiser. *bows* Harvey SteffkeSai'Kar's Memories LiveJournal - ranting about Shirerothian issues since fall 2004.

[Kaiser Alejian I]

In order to avoid further controversy, the services of Iain de Vembria are no longer required in the position of Minister of the Exterior. In consequence, I hereby appoint Harvey the Blue as Minister of the Exterior. Iain should not have been put into a position that could have potentially put him into the position he now finds himself in. And what's further more, the position of the Minister of the Exterior shall only be held henceforth by a citizen who holds no other citizenships in any other country.
