Resignations (likely to be regretted and retracted later)

I resign as Minister of Trade because I believe there is only one easy, foolproof way that our economy can work, and people are not willing to try it. Since this means the economy is doomed to failure, I might as well disassociate myself from it as quickly as possible rather than stick on a sinking ship.I resign my position in the Minister of the Exterior because of a fundamental difference of opinion with my superiors; namely, that they think the Ministry should be promoting Babkhan interests, I Shirerithian.I resign as Imperial Advisor because I'm out of ideas, and if I don't know what to do I shouldn't be advising others.I abdicate my position as Duke of Hyperborea because I am moving to Yardistan. Getting it up to quota that way will be easier than trying to pound the way the quota system works into people's skulls, and prevent me from having to worry about living in an "Apollonian Republic" after DRA.
