I mean, you could use something like the German Kronprinz/Kronprinzess (crown prince/crown princess)... which would kinda sorta go with "Kaiser"...

If it goes anything like my training, expect to by trying to learn yet the Kaiser is shooting you with arrows when you least expect it, then Stone gets a bright idea and has Erik shoot arrows at him while Stone tries to catch them but it never quite works, then some random people walking by start to join in including these crazy girls who run around chasing one another with axes, and then someone accidentally shoots Erik right in the crotch with an arrow and he gets really upset, and *Stone glares at him* Right, sir! Got to protect the honor of the military, sir! Err...and then you become a seasoned and honorable warrior ready for anything!
