William !@#$ and Philip Locke: Their Fates...

Post by Kaiser Mors I »

I now have it presented to me that I must decide your fates in Shireroth. With these action you proved that I can't trust you.I must now decide, what is to become of you.William !@#$, you hold niether Rank nor Title in Shireroth.Philip Locke you hold the title of Duke of Lothlania and Minister of Foreign Affairs...I will give my decision on your fates within 72 hours, or when I get my responce on the fate of the Tymarian EZboard from the company. If the forums can be restored.. I may be more lenient... if not... I will have NO mercy. You didn't just try and end a nation.. you destroyed history.. The History of Shiroth included.... The History of the OT there...You're crimes are not just again Tymaria.. but also against Shireroth and it's heritage and people. You had potential, and made a foolish decision more then foolish. But this took time and planning... and for that I can't calk it up to naivity and the like.I have reviewed the evidence first hand that implicates you. It is to no doubt it was you.But be it known, whatever I decide, only you two will be held responcible. The Duchy of Lothlainia as a whole shall not be punished or penilized...If only I had been around when you did it.... I could have stopped you from school.... I shall now await more information. And may Gahg have mercy on your souls... Kaiser Mortis Mercator IFeel The Power Of My Sword...

I have a test in ten minutes and as such, I haven't had time to investigate this in detail... But, for the time being, I think we should give the email addresses of those people to the Cyberians and convince them (Cyberians) that Locke and !@#$ would be valuable additions to their nation... Well, that would be the beginning of the punishment. Corrupted Tymarian Erudite... and damn proud of it!

Well, you all know me, I'm always willing to give everyone a second chance and all. BUT, if it turns out the fora can't be restored, I say we string them up in Novi Dalmacija and let their living bodies be devoured by the area's infamous rats. Otherwise, banning them from here forever and confiscating Lothlaria as compensation for our suffering sounds about reasonable.I would not yet support a Total Isolation Operation like the Hegemony had planned for Hubert, but the possibility should certainly be considered.Ari's suggestion is inhuman and would make us hardly better than they were. We need to keep the moral high ground here, and subjecting someone to that would be a vast overreaction. "Signatures...are for fools who haven't said enough"-Karl Marx

My true, honest opinion? You let them go. Without punishment.Sure, they destroyed a lot of history, but it's just my belief that they shouldn't be punished. Mercy I suppose... I say that there are 3 seperate actions that could be taken, and all need to be considered:1. Though this may sound like mania, reinstating them as the chief members of the newly created "ministry of the destruction of information, history, and other rediculuous and loathsome actions" may be appropriate. Any such office would, of course, not have any real power. It would, however, allow them to remain within the micronational society but not be able to do anything. This is also more effective than tatooing "Poor Impulse Control" on their foreheads, a la Neal Stephensen in "Snow Crash."2. Boot them out, ban them, and never allow them anywhere near the Lands of Tymaria ever again. And should Tymaria gain new lands or lose old ones, they will be banned from those as well.3. Shackle them in a public square, then stone them to death. No, not rocks....joints. :) . Then hand their battered and charred bodies over to the military for target practice and other, less honorable things. After all, they deserve no less.I don't know if any of the above are worthwhile, proper, in order, or even sane. However, I do believe that either option 1 or 2 would be the best. Though I would like option 3, I don't believe that it's going to happen anytime soon.By the way, is there a Ministry of Justice around anywhere that could possibly handle this? If there is not, I would like to nominate myself (so I'm egotistical...at least I'm honest... :) ) for a newly created office designated for just that. In fact, I believe that if none such office exists, perhaps some of you would like to look at section 2 of the ARA Code of Conduct at http://www.endersblade.net . It details something called The Board, which may or may not be useful in times such as this. The Kaiser Is Death! Long Live The Kaiser!

Accually... If I decide to have a trial(an accual trial) then the Landsraad is the Jury. But this case was very clear cut. They did it.. and admited it... Kaiser Mortis Mercator IFeel The Power Of My Sword...
